Sanders Studios NYC provides over 3,500 square feet of event space spread on two open levels. We can accommodate 300+ people for a cocktail party or reception and 250+ for a seated reception. Our team is excited to work with you to find the perfect layout for your event whether it's for 10 or 300.
Terms and Conditions
- •In order to reserve a space at our venue, we require half of the rental fee, along with a signed contract.
- •We require general liability insurance for all events at our locations. Check to make sure you have a liquor liability component if you plan on serving alcohol at your event.
- •There are no restrictions on vendors except for valet and security, should your event require these services.
- •Caterers will have access to our kitchen prep area for set-up and storage.
- •All prep spaces are equipped with running water, sink, fridge, some counter space and electricity.
- •All equipment must be delivered and picked up on the event day.
- •Event space must be cleaned and emptied of garbage by the caterer or client.
